Calendar of Events Usage Agreement

NNWEBS.COM has developed the Northern Neck Community Guide as a comprehensive listing of Northern Neck information. NNWEBS.COM encourages you to become part of our growing community on the world wide web. We have developed a new vehicle for our community called the Northern Neck Community Guide Calendar of Events in an effort to promote events and activities happening in the Northern Neck and it's neighboring counties. This will help the community and potential Northern Neck visitors to learn more Northern Neck, upcoming events, and give your organizations a presence on the Internet.

Although this is a free service we do require that you understand the conditions of use.

• NNWEBS.COM has no legal obligation to your group. 
• The spirit of the Northern Neck Community Guide Calendar of Events is intended to be informational in nature and to promote non-profit fund raising events.
• Listings are not intended for purposes of appealing for money, selling services or merchandise or running advertisements.
• NNWEBS.COM reserves the right to remove any listing from the Calendar of Events at any time. 
• NNWEBS.COM reserves the right to remove content that comes to its attention which, in its judgment, is inappropriately commercial.
• You may request that their event(s) be removed from the calendar by contacting webmaster@nnwebs.com.
• You promise that all content you submit will not be illegal, obscene, threatening or libelous.
• You promise that you will not submit material that is harmful to any person or group.
• You promise that all content you submit will not violate any right of any person or other entity, including contractual rights, proprietary rights, trademark, service mark or patent rights, or any rights of privacy or publicity.
• You promise that you own or have the right to submit the content.
• You promise not to post any instructions that, if followed, are likely to cause injury.
• Your group will be responsible at all times for the content you submit and  will provide updates if dates and times change or the event is canceled.
• Though we will distribute your content through Northern Neck Community Guide Calendar of Events, we cannot review, check or edit the content you publish. You understand, however, that if we conclude that any of the content you submit for publication, which for one reason or another comes to our attention, is either inappropriate or otherwise objectionable or undesirable (whether for legal or other reasons), we reserve the right, but we don't assume the obligation, to remove such content from our Web servers.
• You promise to make reasonable efforts to promote the existence of your pages through the various communications devices (newsletters, mailings, etc.) by which your group ordinarily communicates with its members and/or with others.
• You grant NNWEBS.COM non-exclusive, royalty-free right to distribute the content of your submission via our Web servers and to use your group's name and logos during the term of this agreement for purposes of promoting your events, web pages, and the Northern Neck Community Guide.
• Because of the unpredictable nature of the Internet, NNWEBS.COM cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of or access.

By submitting an event form you agree to be bound by the terms of the Northern Neck Community Guide Calendar of Events Agreement.
